Recent clients include Term 101.com, a nationwide life insurance brokerage, and Northlake Surveying, a land surveying firm serving the Southern California region. Term 101.com requested a complete update of its website content. Working with founder and CEO Brad Renzelman, Eric developed copy that helps customers understand life insurance and the need for it, and compels them to take the next step in the purchase process. When James Lycklama launched Northlake Surveying, he found that much of his time was spent answering basic questions about surveying. He wanted to create a website to educate potential clients, thus allowing him to spend more cultivating qualified customers.
